I remember all of the uproar last season when the University of Maryland unveiled their new uniforms as designed by Under Armour. But this…this takes the cake. Atlantic High School in Delray Beach, FL debuted this little number:

I can’t feel my eyes. That’s a lot of look. Here’s more from the Palm Beach Post:
The uniforms were donated by Delray 21, a group of community focused business owners in Delray Beach, along with Delray companies The Related Group and Ocean Properties. They were designed by Ryan Boylston of Delray-based Futuristic Woo.

“We definitely don’t expect these to be loved by everybody,” said Lee Cohen, a Delray attorney and Delray Beach 21′s chairman. “That’s what they should do. Spark conversation. We want to bring these kids the attention they deserve. We want to draw attention and bring excitement to the program. We want to get people talking.”
I think it’s great that these were donated BUT why not spend your time and money on…oh, I don’t know, books? If you want to bring these kids the attention they deserve, why don’t you start by getting them the education they deserve? It’s the teacher in me.
